General Terms and Conditions of Use and Online Sale

Navigating the website and/or purchasing any product through it implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern the visit and purchase operations carried out on the online store by any individual user for personal use, as the final consumer, with no intention of reselling the purchased products.

The user agrees to use this website in compliance with applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to the law, morality, good customs, or the rights of third parties.

All content on the website (brands, images, texts, photographs, etc.) is protected by Intellectual Property laws. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express authorization.

2. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Fragolous.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Fragolous.com may correct any errors or omissions on the website without prior notice. All prices are subject to typographical errors or unforeseen changes.

4. Commercial Policy

Products remain the property of Fragolous.com until full payment of the order is received. The sale is made under a reservation of ownership.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices are presented in euros (€), inclusive of VAT at the applicable legal rate.

Shipping Costs:

  • Mainland Portugal: free shipping

  • Madeira and Azores (up to 2 kg): €8.34

  • Spain (up to 2 kg): €11.99

  • Rest of Europe (up to 2 kg): €21.44

  • United Kingdom (up to 2 kg): €21.44

For orders over 2 kg, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

The customer will be informed of all charges before finalizing the purchase.

6. Purchase Process

To make a purchase, simply visit fragolous.com, select your products, and follow the steps indicated in the checkout process.

7. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card

  • Multibanco

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (installment payment)

When choosing Klarna, payment conditions will be presented by Klarna itself. For more information, visit Klarna’s website.

8. Confirmation and Cancellation

After the purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Fragolous.com reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or invalid orders.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns and Exchanges)

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the customer can return an item within 15 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase must be provided.

Return shipping costs: to be borne by the customer, who must use a registered mail service. Fragolous.com is not responsible for lost shipments.

Exceptions:
Customized or made-to-order items, and Creator Club items, are not eligible for return/exchange.
