Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, so you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. You must also present your receipt or proof of purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 15 days of receiving it. For all exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item to be exchanged, and must use a carrier or postal service with a tracking number to guarantee the location of the shipment (in these cases, Fragolous is not responsible for lost parcels).

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept exchanges/returns on custom-made items, items made from the Creator club as creations or personalized customizations.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund.
