DELIVERY
Fragolous delivers online purchases:
to the address indicated by the customer
In cases where the Customer opts for the transportation service for delivery to the address indicated, this is provided by our distribution partner - CTT.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding unloading and/or delivery, please send an e-mail to our distribution partner CTT and include photographs to prove your complaint.
SHIPPING PRODUCTS
WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
After placing your order, please allow 2 to 15 working days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE SHIPPED?
Orders will be sent via CTT, the average time for mainland Portugal is 24/48 hours and for outside this territory it is 4 - 8 working days.
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, weather, etc.) which can cause delays in deliveries. Although most orders arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may face. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the matter of delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
DO YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available as soon as the order is shipped.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to info@fragolous.com with the subject “ORDER CANCELLATION”.
I SENT AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have sent the wrong order or automatically filled in your address incorrectly, simply reply to the order confirmation e-mail and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately at info@fragolous.com
ORDER CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION
After making your purchase, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the transaction which you should print out or save for future reference.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. In the event of non-payment or non-compliance or non-confirmation of these General Terms and Conditions, fragolous.com reserves the right not to accept the customer's order, or to cancel it, even after it has been automatically confirmed.
Fragolous reserves the right not to confirm and/or proceed with the delivery of the products of the order placed by the Customer, regardless of the reason and exempt from liability for any damages or costs, if:
- any unforeseeable event or change to current circumstances arises which may affect production, transportation and related costs, or which causes abnormal rises in raw material prices;
- if, for any reason, it is impossible to properly collect and receive payment;
- if the products ordered are no longer available;
- if the order has been placed with errors in the data required to deliver the order;
- if the order is flagged by the website's security systems as an incorrect, irregular and/or fraudulent order.
In any of the above cases, fragolous.com will inform the Customer by e-mail of the impossibility of confirming the sale and the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.
